“Wind beneath My Wings” was brought up in z-far’s article the other day. That is one of my favorite songs. It’s based on a true story. Initially this is the reason that attracted me.fficeffice" />

Bette Midler dedicated this song to her best friend-wind beneath her wings. I read through each sentence of the lyric, I was in tears. I can see how thankful Bette Midler felt about her friend. It’s so sad that Bette’s friend had gone far away, to where Bette Midler wouldn’t be able to reach her.
