I was very happy to see you in Taishan after 29 years. I hope that we can see eachother again next year for our 30th year. I will take good care of my health, and hope that you will too. Enjoy life but don't drink too much red wine! No more than one bottle per day! Take care!

* I switch computer, and lost my English->Chinese translation capability. Until I figure out a way, I just be a good cheer leader to this forum. Unfortunately, I am still inept when it comes to writing in Chinese.

* Red Wines: It is well known in the West, moderate red wine consumption per day is good for one's health, especially to those meat lovers. I love drinking cups of red wines, before going to sleep. It soothes my soul, and delete all the crabs accumulated in my head during the day.

BigEye Girl has a ritual of 1st drink in the morning. Let red wines the last drink at night. What do you think BigPaul? BigEye Girl, BigPaul, you two have several red wines before going to sleep... if it happened at our \"Iron Falcon Commune\", history would not be the same as today...What do you think...Cheers...

Whether we have a drink before we sleep or first thing in the morning, as long as we are careful and watch our health, it will be alright. After all, we are still young. You may be right..maybe having a glass of red wine before we sleep is good for us!

Red wine or exercises can increase HDL(good cholesterol)which is good for health. But, ofcourse not over do or drink, right guys？！
