认识更年期

I think the people come to this Webside, maybe the ages are near menopause. you know, smoe people's menopause can be earlier at the age of thirty

当人们对更年期有进一步的认识后, 一旦遇到更年期的症状, 就不会那么慌张.

男女性皆有更年期，只不过男性的更年期不那么显露而矣。

对, 不过男性最显而易见的症状应该是失眠丶易怒丶无亊找亊寻生气.
