Hi , Brother , Nice to see you again , I just come back home after swiming , I got up at 5:45 am Then do some warn up then walk 15 block to YMCA swim about 20 laps After that I go to the hot tub {with seasalt in the water } for 15 minute then to take a 10 minute cold shower then walk back home , 7 days a week , Not bad , Kind of like the old day , the only we can't swim together any more . That why the people say : The good old day , How can we forget right ? I have to stop right here , See you soon , Have a good one ,
